At Ischia Food&Wine Safari 2015 the wine glasses are Zafferano

Ischia Food&Wine Safari 2015 is the brand that has been chosen for a new adventure, exciting and appetizing – the first edition will take place on Tuesday 15th September. Set in Restaurant Indaco of the Albergo della Regina Isabella, the event will be a sort of treasure hunt for discovering tastes, the most genuine of the Ischian and Parthenopean traditions, also through cuisine at a master chef level.
The protagonists of Ischia Food&Wine will be important names in the haute cuisine of the Campania region with their irresistible creations: Nino Di Costanzo, Ischia, two Michelin stars – Pasquale Palamaro, Ischia, one Michelin star – Salvatore Bianco, Napoli, one Michelin star
- Paolo Barrale, Sorbo Serpico (AV), one Michelin star –  Alfonso Pepe, Salerno, Pastry Chef Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani
- Antonino Maresca, Napoli, Pastry Chef
- Enzo Coccia, Napoli, Pizza Chef
- Ivano Veccia, Ischia, Best Newcomer Pizza Chef
- Enzo and Cristiano Piccirillo, Napoli, La Masardona, Best Street Food of Italy. Their delicious proposals will all be prepared with top quality raw materials and the vast and varied tasting programme will include first class proposals of wines that will enhance to the utmost every one of the specialties produced.
Each participant will be offered a Zafferano Nuove Esperienze wine glass.
