Partner of “The Queen of Taste” in Cortina on Saturday 8 September

As of this second edition, Zafferano will become a technical partner of “The Queen of Taste“, a food festival aimed at presenting the best cuisine of the Ampezzo area given a gourmet twist by top chefs of Cortina d’Ampezzo and the neighbouring valleys, including many Michelin-starred chefs.
Esperienze, Gessato and Provenzale are just a few of the items that will decorate the tables set for the occasion.

The event is based on the concept of STREAT, a combination of “street” and “eat”, thus introducing the theme of street food, always in sophisticated and elegant “Ampezzo style”, to the streets of Cortina. For this 2018 edition, activities will continue throughout the day: from the StrEat lunch to the StrEat Dinner, StrEat Golf and Pink Saturday, which will take place in the centre of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
