The mountains: stories of cooking and of passions 1st October with

Food as a stepping-stone between cultures as well as providing sustenance for the mind and spirit – in a word, food for thought. After “Mediterraneo”, within the scenario of Expo Milan, the next proposal of “Dichepastasiamo” could only be that of a fascinating journey of discovery among the flavours, places, objects and quality products peculiar to our mountain areas.
“The mountains: stories of cooking and of passions” is the theme of the new lap of the “Dichepastasiamo” tour in Milan, during which it will be possible to taste excellent products from the mountain areas, interpreted and re-proposed in an innovative way in order to reveal their innermost secrets and arouse emotions in those who taste them, by the star-winning chef Karl Baumgartner of the restaurant Schönek, of Molini di Falzes in Val Pusteria (Bolzano),co-founder of the Association Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe.
On Thursday 1st October the event will take place  at Boffi Solferino, with “Dichepastasiamo’”, a format developed by Boffi and organized by Paola Barzanò which Zafferano belongs since its beginning in 2013, the objective being to unite the best of Italian design with haute cuisine and export it all over the world through the international branches of the Boffi stores.
The partners of “Dichepastasiamo” along with their most representative products aim to tell the story of a style of living as well as the expression of a territory – “The mountains: stories of cooking and of passions” promises to be a convivial evening with important names in Italian design and top-quality artisan food products as the main protagonists.
