From 12 - 14 May, Gourmandia
is the event that will bring a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, cakes, wines, beers, fish products and leavened products from all over Italy to Veneto, with a full programme of show cooking with top chefs. The three-day event based on food was created thanks to the insight of Davide Paolini - a food and wine journalist of Il Sole 24 Ore and Radio 24.
This year, its theme of "Research is successful innovation" is intended to lead visitors to discover the cooking secrets of famous chefs, pizza makers, pastry chefs and food and wine experts. At the same time, in the exhibition spaces of the fair an area will also be dedicated to wine with a selection from the best Italian wineries and the participation of social cooperatives. In addition, an outdoor space will be reserved for street food with regional specialties.
