Exploring taste, under the guidance of more than 40 professional figures, including chefs, pizza chefs and pastry cooks – this is the initiative which we have agreed to follow as technical sponsor right from the first edition. Ischia Safari
will take place on Sunday 18th and Monday 19th September at the Parco Idrotermale of Negombo.
The project, set up by Chefs Nino Di Costanzo and Pasquale Palamaro, aims to throw light on the excellence of the food from the area of Campania at a national level. Two friends, two chefs with the same strong bond with the island of Ischia where they were born, where they grew up and to which they wish to pay homage through their passion for cooking, a passion that they both share.
These two days, combining sea and earth, among stars and cuisine, starts on Sunday 18th September with a gourmet dinner at the Albergo della Regina Isabella
with an exclusive menu created by star-winning chefs.
The initiative has been developed to raise money for the world of the restaurant business by offering a period of training for the most deserving students with the proceeds. Ischia Safari
will then continue on Monday 19th September with the performances of over 40 different professional figures including chefs, pizza chefs and pastry cooks selected by Chefs Di Costanzo and Palamaro in the charming setting of Negombo, a park with thermal waters of more than nine hectares, situated in the splendid Baia di San Montano.
