Ischia Food&Wine Safari 2015 is the brand chosen for a new, exciting and mouth-watering adventure, the first edition of which will take place on Tuesday, September 15 at Indaco Restaurant, an evocative “en plein air” space of the Albergo della Regina Isabella. The event is a sort of journey in search of flavors, the most genuine ones of the tradition, Ischian and Neapolitan, to be discovered and rediscovered, also through the author's cuisine. Protagonists of Ischia Food&Wine Safari will be big names in Campania cuisine and their irresistible creations: Nino Di Costanzo, Ischia, two Michelin stars - Pasquale Palamaro, Ischia, Michelin star - Salvatore Bianco, Naples, Michelin star- Paolo Barrale, Sorbo Serpico (AV), Michelin star -Alfonso Pepe, Salerno, master confectioner Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani-Antonino Maresca, Naples, Pastry Chef -Enzo Coccia, Naples, Master Pizzaiolo -Ivano Veccia, Ischia, Best Emerging Pizzaiolo- Enzo and Cristiano Piccirillo ,Naples, La Masardona, best StreetFood in Italy. Their delicious proposals will all be made with fine raw materials, and the extensive tasting itinerary includes wine proposals of the highest level to make the most of each specialty. Each participant will be offered the New Saffron Experiences glass.
