The Zafferano collections decorate the table of the Appartamento Lago in via Brera 30, in Milan, the headquarters of "Unaricettalgiorno", a project born from an idea of Anna Prandoni, journalist and director of the Accademia di Gualtiero Marchesi. This is the place for moments of exchange and storytelling that hosts the many activities and experiential events of "Unaricettalgiorno". Among the initiatives, #tavolaspigolosa is an invitation-only appointment program created for industry professionals: journalists and food and wine critics, digital communication agencies, press offices, bloggers, restaurateurs, chefs and marketing managers. Each event is an unrepeatable opportunity to deepen and discuss the most hot and current topics of food & surroundings, with the conduction of Anna Prandoni. The evening is held behind closed doors, but it is visible indirectly on the Facebook page of "Unaricettalgiorno" or with the activity of live tweeting.
