We are proud to announce that two of our projects, the portable lamp Dondolina, designed by Pio & Tito Toso, and the Conosfera vase collection, designed by Federico de Majo, have been selected by ADI's Permanent Design Observatory for the ADI Design Index 2026, the annual selection of the best Italian design. With this selection, both products are now in the running for the Compasso d'Oro, Italy's most prestigious design award, established in 1954.

Dondolina, already a winner of the iF DESIGN AWARD 2026, is the cordless lamp that always returns upright: a cast-iron counterweight concealed in its base makes it self-righting, turning balance into both play and function.

Conosfera applies incalmo, an ancient technique of the Murano glass masters, to borosilicate glass: a coloured cone transforms into a sphere and appears suspended above a transparent base.

The selection is on show at the ADI Design Museum in Milan until 15 October (daily 10:30–20:00, closed on Fridays).
