“This is the story of a small farmhouse filled with immense poetry, hidden since the late 1800s in a grove of reeds—between the dark embrace of the Apuan Alps, the white glow of the Carrara marble quarries, and the pastel blue, green, and pink of the promenade lined with palms and bike paths that runs along the Versilia coast and its old-fashioned beaches.”
In this quiet, timeless place, Il Giardino Segreto was born—a project by Francesca Arena, Maria Elena Fabbrini, and Lavinia Farnese that Zafferano chose to support for a shared vision and love for beauty.
On June 12th, the garden opened its gate for the first time with a “wild and boutique” dinner: a long table under the trees, surrounded by flowers and soft lights. The Amelie cordless table lamps, designed by Sara Moroni, and the Poldina XXL floor lamps helped bring magic to the evening.
This garden, a small summer dream that lights up for a few nights in the fantasy of darkness, brings new life to an ancient place, stirring authentic emotions.
