Starting from January 1, 2025, all Zafferano lighting products – both cordless lamps by Zafferano Lampes-à-porter and wired lamps by Zafferano Ailati Lights - will benefit from an extended warranty period of 3 years instead of the current 2 years. With this initiative, Zafferano reaffirms its commitment to offering reliable products and assistance always ready to meet
customer needs. The extension applies automatically to all purchases made starting from January 1, 2025 at no additional cost to the customer.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur during proper use of the product. Batteries are excluded and remain subject to the standard legal warranty, which is limited to manufacturing defects that typically emerge during the initial usage cycles.
