“A small fusion cuisine bistrot in the heart of Empoli, a small town a few steps from Florence. A reinterpretation of Izakaya, the typical Japanese place where drinks are served accompanied by food. A place characterized by a unique atmosphere, where color and touch of retro design are the leitmotif of the Asian dining experience.”
In the Asian Bistrot La Fortuna project, the Giulietta suspension lamps recreate the intimate atmosphere typical of Japanese izakaya, forming luminous islands above the tables and focusing attention on the convivial dining experience. Their rhythmic arrangement organizes the space without physically dividing it, while the metallic finish echoes the fusion of Japanese aesthetics and Western design.
