Frades is a contemporary restaurant concept conceived by three brothers from Orani, a small
village in the heart of Sardinia. Eager to propose their idea of hospitality and cuisine, they have opened two places: Frades La Terrazza, which is an enchanting location overlooking Cala di Volpe, Costa Smeralda; and Frades Milano, an elegant restaurant located a stone's throw from the Duomo. The shared format sees each venue divided into four thematic spaces: a large counter dedicated to cured meats and cheeses, a wine bar corner for the display and sale of selected regional products, an open-view fresh pasta and kitchen workshop, in front of which the customer becomes a spectator of dish preparation according to their vision of Sardinian cuisine.
