1. Type of initiative
This initiative is for promotional purposes and does NOT constitute a contest or sweepstakes as defined by Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001, since it falls within the excluded cases (art. 6, letter c).2. Purpose of the initiative
Users are invited to post content (posts or stories) on Instagram representing their "summer table," with the visible use of Zafferano products (glasses and/or lighting), by including the tag to the official profile @zafferanoitaliaofficial and the hashtag #latavolaestiva. 3. How it worksThose who correctly post content with the tag and hashtag will automatically receive a unique 30% discount code, valid for one use only, for the future purchase of a metal, ceramic or woven water hyacinth Poldina cover (Momonì, The Bridge and Fermoie model covers are expressly excluded) on the Zafferano Italia website at the following link:https://www.zafferanoitalia.com/.
In order for Zafferano to properly view tagged content, the user's Instagram profile should be set as "public" when the content is posted. Content posted from private profiles will not be visible to the @zafferanoitaliaofficial account and therefore will not qualify for the discount code. 4. Absence of prizes or selection
The initiative does not entail:
- any selection, ranking or placement;
- awarding of cash or in-kind prizes;
- intervention of chance or skill.
The discount code will be sent by Zafferano to the user via Instagram messaging in return for the promotional post (correct tag and posting of suitable content).5. Combination
The discount code can be combined with Zafferano's summer sales that will take place from 5 July 2025 to 20 July 2025.
6. Duration of the initiative and validity of the discount code
The initiative will begin on 1 July 2025 and end on 31 August 2025. The discount code will be valid and usable until 31 October 2025.7. Limitations
- Each user is entitled to only one code, even if there are multiple tags.
- The code is valid for one use only.
- Zafferano reserves the right not to release the code if content is inconsistent with the purpose of the initiative or if there is abuse.
8. Transparency and publicity
In promotional materials, the initiative will be referred to as "promotional" and, if required by regulation (e.g. in the case of paid sponsorship), the sponsored content (#adv) tag will be used.9. Promoter of the initiative

The promotion is not intended to be managed and/or associated and/or affiliated with Instagram/Meta in any way.10. Privacy Policy
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), we inform you that the content posted by the initiative participants (posts and/or stories on Instagram) and the related Instagram profiles, if public, may be viewed by the staff in charge of Zafferano S.r.l. exclusively for the purpose of making sure their method of the participation is correct and sending, through a direct message on Instagram, the discount code provided for by the initiative. Zafferano does not collect, record, or store any personal data about participating users, nor does it use the data for any purpose other than those stated above. No data will be disclosed to third parties or transferred outside the platform used. Participation in the initiative involves the voluntary publication of content by the user via their public profile, according to the settings chosen by the participant. It should be noted that any data processing carried out by Instagram/Meta is independently governed by the platform's terms of use and privacy policy, which remain outside the responsibility of Zafferano S.r.l.
