At the table with “Unaricettalgiorno”, Appartamento Lago, at via Brera Milan

The Zafferano collections decorate the table of the Appartamento Lago of via Brera 30 in Milan, the general headquarters of “Unaricettalgiorno” (one recipe per day), a project created by Anna Prandoni, journalist and manager of the Gualtiero Marchesi Accademy. This is the place for moments of exchange and stories that host the numerous activities and experiential events of “Unaricettalgiorno”. Initiatives include  #tavolaspigolosa  a program of appointments by invitation created for operators of the sector: journalists and food and wine critics, agencies of digital communication, press office, bloggers, restaurateurs, chefs and marketing agents. Each event is a unique occasion of detailed study and debate on the hottest and most current themes of food & surroundings, presented by Anna Prandoni. The evenings are closed to the public, but they can be followed live on the Facebook page of  “Unaricettalgiorno” as well as live tweeting. The theme of a recent appointment of #tavolaspigolosa on the 3 May was “Which social media to talk about food?”.
