Boffi Copenhagen: 29th October, a new leg of the “Dichepastasiamo” project

The Boffi store in Copenhagen hosts, on Thursday 29 October, a new stage of the world tour of the project “ Dichepastasiamo “, curated by Paola Barzanò, who < a href = “http://www.boffi.com/”> Boffi , a leading Italian company in living design, claims to present the Italian excellence of design and food.
In the Boffi Copenhagen showroom the task of preparing dishes capable of declining these products for the Danish guests was entrusted to chef Nicola Fanetti, from Era Ora, the oldest Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen.

To carry around the world a team of “ambassadors” of the best that our country is able to conceive, produce and create, to show “what Italy is made of”, that “pasta” that the world appreciates and envy us, which has always been synonymous with lifestyle, culture, and knowing how to live: this is the goal of “Dichepastasiamo”, an itinerant project, born on the initiative of Boffi spa, based on an idea by Paola Barzanò, to combine design excellence and Italian products interpreted by leading chefs, giving visibility to this combination of skills through the windows of Boffi showrooms around the world.
