Di che pasta siamo @ Boffi – Los Angeles e New York

From field to plate. Industrial design and artisanal food knowledge: that is the leitmotiv of “Di che pasta siamo?”, the format of events promoted by Boffi  – leading Italian manufacturer specialized in kitchens, bathrooms and storage systems – in its various international showrooms.
The new tour stops will take place on January 22 in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and on January 24 in New York Boffi Soho. Zafferano will be partner of the two events through its subsidiary Zafferano USA.
The format is conceived as a “dinner with friends”, where the partners are Italian design companies and finest artisans selected under the banner of high quality, innovation, design, tradition, excellence and sustainability.
The initiative, arranged by Paola Barzanò, has the avowed mission of taking Italian excellence and the culture of good food all around the world. The young and talented chef Lapo Querci will be in charge of the show cooking during the evening.
