Revivir elBulli: Perle glasses used in the event organized by Dani Garcia Restaurante in honour of Ferran Adrià
A 4 Manos, four exclusive gastronomic dinners organized by the Dani Garcia restaurant of Puente Romano Beach Resort in Marbella, from 7th-10th March 2015, is the project where Zafferano has participated with the Perle collection, chosen for the mise en place of the evening in honour of the Chef Ferran Adrià and his Restaurant elBulli. This is an initiative on an international scale with the participation for the 2015 edition of Michelin star countries such as France, Italy and the United States.
A special evening, entitled Revivir elBulli, has been dedicated to reviving the restaurant elBulli, with a group of great chefs who, united in their friendship, have demonstrated through the evolution of their dishes in taste and elaboration just what the restaurant elBulli has meant and continues to mean for them. To realize this acknowledgement and create a unique and extraordinary menu, this group of chefs has come together with Dani Garcia to combine their efforts, including Grant Achatz***, Juan Mari Arzak***Quique Dacosta***, Joan Roca***, Albert Adrià**, Andoni Luis Aduriz**, Angel León** and Nandu Jubany*.
