From January 2016 a new partnership with La Scuola de La Cucina Italiana

In the month of January Zafferano will begin the new collaboration as technical partner with the Scuola de La Cucina Italiana, an important landmark in the scenario of Italian cuisine.
The  Scuola de La Cucina Italiana’s role is further confirmed in consideration of its collaboration with some of the most important companies connected directly and indirectly with the world of cuisine and food in general – all characterized by the excellent quality of the products.
In addition to the synergic activities of communication involved, this partnership will also include the use of Zafferano wine glasses and glasses, both during the amateur and professional cookery courses that will take place at the Scuola and during the theme-based evenings to be held monthly in the restaurant, as too on the occasions of promotional events organized for companies.
The Scuola de La Cucina Italiana was founded in Milan in 1988, with the aim of becoming an operative interface for exchange between businesses, consumers, operators in the catering and communications sectors, and to promote the spreading of Italian culinary culture, enhancing the value of its cuisine and its products, both in Italy and around the world.
