Iginio Massari chooses Zafferano for its new Patisserie in Milan

The upcoming opening of Iginio Massari‘s first patisserie in Milan marks the beginning of a partnership between the renowned “king” of sweet pastries – and founder and honorary president of the Associazione Maestri Pasticcieri Italiani (Italian Association of Pastry Chefs) – and Zafferano. In addition to wine-tasting glasses from various collections, the Bilia and Perle collections were selected for use at the new patisserie in Milan.
In 1971, after setting up the award-winning Pasticceria Veneto in Brescia, regarded as the best patisserie in Italy by Gambero Rosso, Iginio Massari decided to open a unique patisserie in Milan to offer an innovative tasting experience. The new patisserie owned by Iginio Massari, a well-known TV celebrity, will open close to Piazza Duomo in central Via Marconi, on the ground floor of one of the branches of Intesa Sanpaolo, which has recently been restyled and furnished in line with the new layout of the branch.
