Launching of Taste of Italy and national convention Relais & Chàteaux Italy

Zafferano’s recent partnership with the prestigious association of hoteliers and chefs, set up for 2015, took shape with the participation in the press conference for the launching of Taste of Italy.
a new publication that is a guide for Relais & Châteaux, to travel in Italy on the occasion of EXPO 2015, and in the national convention of the 47 Italian residences.
Founded more than 50 years ago with great hoteliers forming a union with chefs, Relais & Châteaux  is an Association that has become a benchmark and standard of excellence in the restaurant and hotel industries. The Relais & Châteaux Italia network has 47 Italian associates while there are about 500 members on an international level.
