PThe partnership with CARE’s continues, an international initiative which Zafferano has chosen to support right from the first edition as a technical partner, furnishing wine-glasses and goblets for the table-setting of the various events that are on the calendar. This project of Norbert Niederkofler and Paolo Ferretti will bring together international chefs from all over the world in Alta Badia with professional figures in the field of catering, journalists and entrepreneurs, for a debate on sustainability, town and country planning, protection of the environment and above all ethics. And not only. As anticipated in the press conference held last November 29th,jaeger-lecoultre replica watches a new gastronomical reality will be discussed, with particular attention reserved for nature and the environment, the concept of wastefulness, the re-use of raw materials and recycling of resources. The project covers the territory of Alta Badia, from the mountain refuges to locations down in the valley.

CARE’s – The ethical Chef Days is the name of the project created by Norbert Niederkofler, award-winning chef of the Ristorante St. Hubertus (Hotel Rosa Alpina of San Cassiano) and Paolo Ferretti, owner of the communication and marketing agency hmc of Bolzano, with the contribution of Giancarlo Morelli, award-winning chef and patron of the Pomiroeu in Seregno.
