Partnership with La Scuola Cucina Italiana: some innovations

The collaboration of Zafferano continues with numerous innovations as a technical partner of the Scuola de La Cucina Italiana (Italian Cooking School), an important reference point in its field. The new location of the School situated at Piazza Cadorna has more space for undertaking various initiatives – not only restricted to the cooking school but also open to professionals and gourmet lovers.
These include the new “Midday Kitchen”, an alternative lunch break, with lots of recipes taught by the School’s chefs and tastings, to be repeated at home.
The partnership, as well as the synergic activities of communication, also foresees the use of Zafferano products both during the cooking courses and theme evenings, as well as during events of external businesses organized at the School.
