“Passion unleashed. Let’s enjoy colour”: at work with the chefs!

The project we are working on is co-organized by several different people, with the idea of involving the chefs and those who have chosen to use our products. Taste, colour, passion, creativity – these are the key words that these two worlds of ours have in common, that of the creation of beautiful and at the same time functional objects, with attention to detail, and that of the interpretation of food, in the kitchen and at the table. The products designed by Zafferano have increasingly become useful and aesthetically appropriate utensils for the setting of the table, to enhance the presentation of the food, especially if we are talking about food design. As far as food is concerned, we would like to go one step further, regarding the simple proposal of “nice and colourful products”. The idea is to be a subject that is active and in constant evolution with the great talents of haute cuisine and with those who devote themselves with all their passion to finding that extra element of novelty in the interpretation of food.
This idea of ours is based on the aim of collecting all the contributions and interpretations of those who, stimulated by the fantasy, shapes and colours of our collections, wish to produce their own creation and thus express their culinary inspiration, furnishing their own recipe. A co-organized project as a place of ‘dialogue’ where the art of presenting food encounters the taste of colour.
