Perle: into the spotlight, in “Rosso di Gusto – Passioni in Cucina”

Silvia Regi Baracchi’s first book has just come out. Silvia is a one star Michelin chef for the restaurant Il Falconiere,  and the book is entitled “Rosso di Gusto – Passioni in Cucina” (Red Flavours – Passion in the Kitchen, published by Trenta Editore). Inside the volume, a red glass from the Perle line is featured together with more illustrations of the wine glass collections by Zafferano.
The project by Silvia Regi Baracchi enhances the simplicity of regional cooking while concentrating attention on the combination of flavours. “A life made up of passions, joy, imagination and colour, one for all: red!” – comments the proud author.
Relais il Falconiere, in Cortona (Arezzo), is a symbol of hospitality and high class food owing to the enterprise of the owners Silvia Regi Baracchi and her husband Riccardo Baracchi who, over the years, transformed the old family home into a boutique location. The restaurant has been part of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux chain since 1997, and it is an undebatable reference point for gourmet food and wine lovers.
