“Langosteria Revolution”: in the recently published volume, the “Perle” collection, a recurring element in the photos of Enrico Buonocore’s restaurants

The book “Langosteria Revolution” was recently published, written by the gastronomic journalist Roberta Schira and published by Rizzoli, which tells the entrepreneurial story of Enrico Buonocore and Langosteria. In the rich photographic documentation that accompanies the story, the constant presence of our “Perle” collection on the tables of Langosteria is not overlooked. A fish restaurant opened in 2007 in via Savona in Milan which today has become a brand with an 18 million turnover per year, 160 employees, an average of 600 seats per day and five addresses.
The volume is the story of the case history of Langosteria Holding, the daily work of the staff, the creation of the dishes that made it famous, accompanied by illustrations created by Elenia Beretta and photographs by Brambilla-Serrani.
All our admiration and applause goes to the work of Enrico Buonocore, with great tenacity at the helm of Langosteria Holding, founded on the values of excellence, attention to detail, Italian taste and international vision, which we ourselves feel are representative of our business. .
