What are we made of?

After Milan and London, Zurich is the next stop for ‘What are we made of?’, the series of events promoted by BOFFI – an international leader in the production of kitchens, bathrooms and design systems – with an itinerary that passes through the various international branches of their showrooms. The initiative, arranged by Paola Barzanò, is in collaboration with a selection of Italian companies in the sector of food and accessories for the kitchen, with an avowed mission, that of taking Italian excellence and the culture of good food all around the world.
A format conceived as a “dinner with friends”, where industrial design and craftsman’s knowledge come together under the banner of quality, innovation, design, tradition and sustainability. The ingredients are interpreted by Lapo Querci, a young chef of the ‘Tavole Accademiche’ project of the University of Gastronomical Science of Pollenzo.
The date is on Thursday 19th September from 18.30 – 22.00 for an evening in the welcoming showroom of Boffi Zurich in Seestrasse, 4.
