Zafferano Bespoke Glass Lighting: a focus on customisation is at the heart of our research

“Memory contains details, not the whole picture.” We could begin with these well-known words by Iosif Brodskij to sum up why we take such care over the details and specific features that make our products stand out. Such attention has led us with increasing confidence to design collections that can be customised in colours, finishes and accessories.
We took our first steps with Melting Pot, our packs of tumblers in assorted colours and models. This mix for the table has been highly successful and has helped in guiding the design of our lighting sector, leading to the creation of a dedicated brand, Zafferano Bespoke Glass Lighting.
Each lamp plays an important role in shaping a space. Choosing to customise each component of the lighting system when designing for a hotel, restaurant or home means adding a unique personal touch to each environment.

Light is closely connected with our senses and any customisation that changes the atmosphere and our perception of it, arousing different emotions and sensations, broadens our experience and our memories.
Such examples are our most recent collections, Balloon and Camouflage, previewed at the last edition of Euroluce.

Balloon offers countless combinations of different colours and surface finishes, all in line with a modularity that adapts to spaces. This collection of pendant lamps in handcrafted mouth-blown Murano glass is available in a variety of finishes that include “rigadin”, “ritorto”, “balloton” and “balloton sommerso”, all available in six colour options.
Another step led to Camouflage, the collection of LED wall, ceiling, pendant and floor lamps made of self-extinguishing ultralight material, designed to be painted as desired during the assembly phase. The wall finish is available in white, dark grey and sand.
The secret of the success of these collections lies in the potential of creating a unique and original setting for each environment in which they are to be included.
