Zafferano participates in the “Festa” a Vico 2015, from 7th to 9th June

Also this year ‘Festa a Vico starts off in the heart of the town of the Sorrentine peninsula. Emerging new chefs enliven the streets of the town-centre of Vico Equense and are welcomed by the shops which have devised a new and innovative formula of the refreshment business: dishes can be tasted at the florist’s, at the newsagent’s or the in the clothes boutiques. An original way for taking up the challenge of ‘food for everyone’, easy but never trivial. ‘Festa a Vico’ was founded to collect funds which every year sustain supporting projects for people in need. This year it will help sustain the following non-profit-making associations: Association for the Santobono Hospital, the A.L.T.S. (Association for the Fight against Breast-Cancer) and Caritas Vico Equense. On the 8th June there will be a charity dinner at Castello Giusso in Vico Equense, when the Perle, Nuove Esperienze and Vem collections will be used as scenographical elements for the table setting. 20 chefs among the top names in Italian cuisine have already  agreed to participate, including: Andrea Berton, Massimo Bottura, Francesco Bracali, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Chicco Cerea, Pino Cuttaia, Nino Di Costanzo, Massimo Mantarro,  Valentino Marcattilii, Riccardo Monco, Davide Oldani, Piergiorgio Parini, Giancarlo Perbellini, Valeria Piccini, Niko Romito, Salvatore Tassa, Claudio Sadler, Davide Scabin, Sandro Serva, Mauro Uliassi, Gennaro Esposito.
