Zafferano partner of “A Little Bit of Italy in Broke”, an event focused on Italian wine and food in Australia

On the weekend of 7 and 8 April of this year, thanks to Casa e Cucina, our distributor for Australia and New Zealand, we took part in “A Little Bit of Italy in Broke”, an event focused on Italian food and wine. Two days of festivities and fun took place at Broke Fordwich, in the Hunter Valley wine-producing area. Our Esperienze collection was a protagonist at the tastings organised on this occasion.
The event involved 11 wineries, with each one organised to exhibit Italian food and entertain visitors with show cooking and wine tastings. Zafferano also promoted two Wine Tasting Master Classes, one held at the Ascella Winery and the other at the Catherine Vale Winery, where participants learned about the characteristics and importance of using wine glasses for tastings.
At the event, 10% of the proceeds from the sale of glasses of wine was donated to the Singleton Cancer Appeal.
