Zafferano partner of CARE’s, from 17th to 20th January 2016 in Alta Badia

This is the first edition of an international initiative, the new project that Zafferano has chosen to flank as technical partner, furnishing wine glasses, glasses and artistic pieces of glassware. CARE’s aims to bring the future of the approach to catering back into debate at an international level, uniting the protagonists of catering around the world with the most qualified wine producers and experts of the food sector in Alta Badia, Alto Adige, from 17th – 20th January, to discuss and share viewpoints in common, ethics and responsibility concerning the culture of food and wine.
CARE’s – the ethical chef days – is a project conceived and set up by  Norbert Niederkofler, star-winning chef of the Ristorante St Hubertus (Hotel Rosa, San Cassiano) and Paolo Ferretti, owner of the communication agency HMC of Bolzano, with the contribution of Giancarlo Morelli, star-winning chef and patron of Pomiroeu.
The programme of this first edition of CARE’s will evolve over four days. From San Cassiano to Corvara, to La Villa, while stopping by various mountain refuges, with round tables, Cooking Masterclasses and Chef Talks, participants will bring their own personal food and wine experiences linked to a responsible and aware exploitation of the territory.
