Zafferano products in the talent show “Bake Off Italia”, on the Real Time channel

Bottles, plates and accessories mainly from the Tirache, Provenzale and Veneziano collections have been selected by the screenwriters of “Bake Off Italia”  to be used in the twelve episodes of the third edition of the well-known TV programme on air since last 4 September on the Real Time channel.
This Italian talent show, broadcast on Real Time, is based on the challenge between 16 amateur pastry-cooks. Recipes, shapes and colours, ingredients, challenges and unrelenting judgement. The host of the show is Benedetta Parodi, a well-known journalist, writer and TV host of successful programmes such as Cotto e mangiato and I menu di Benedetta, while the judges are Ernst Knam, a world famous pastry-cook, and Clelia d’Onofrio who has been the Editorial Manager of the important Cucchiaio d’Argento for several years.
The set for the show is inside a tensile structure in the park of Villa Annoni in Castellazzo di Bollate, one of the most important examples of parks from the Lombard neo-classical era north-west of Milan.
