Zafferano is re-confirmed partner of Audi Chef’s Cup Sudtirol 2014

More than one are the reasons why Zafferano has chosen to accompany the Audi Chef’s Cup Südtirol  the gourmet food show that brings together great national and international chefs in Alta Badia.
Zafferano’s support arises from the common interest both for the reference target – haute cuisine and excellence – and the philosophy of this event: bringing together professional people who share the aim of keeping the parameters of quality and of territorial produce high, of craftsmanship and selection of raw materials, indispensable factors which render the Italian product something unique in an international panorama. This formula has shown itself to be a winner and so this edition is going to be extended a little longer. Various activities will be organized during the week, from sports to recreation, from tasting to meeting people.
Zafferano will participate in this event of gastronomic excellence, furnishing the tasting glasses to be implemented in the gala dinner as well as those to be used in the numerous occasions for tasting on the calendar, including the prizes and complimentary samples throughout the programme.
