Zafferano to be a technical partner at “Inconfondibile” at Villa Braida on Sunday 12 May

Scaligero wine glasses by Zafferano will be accompanying tastings at “Inconfondibile”, the new Italian festival that celebrates wine with dregs or wine “sur lie” made by the ancestral method and their producers, who are proud to present these small masterpieces and tell us great stories. The event will take place on Sunday 12 May at Villa Braida in Mogliano Veneto, in the province of Treviso.

“Inconfondibile” is a festival entirely dedicated to wines made by spontaneous secondary fermentation in the bottle and to this centuries-old production method. These wines, the result of environmentally friendly viticulture and refined winemaking techniques, are incredibly versatile for pairing with food and have an amazing ability to evolve. Wine producers will be the protagonists at the event, those who have remained loyal to this world even when the market looked elsewhere, along with young beginners who are following in their footsteps.

Not only wine: “Inconfondibile” is intended to be a festival of aromas and flavours, stories and interaction, with tasting stands representing more than 50 producers and guided tastings.
