“Mediterraneo”: the topic of the event with “Dichepastasiamo” at Boffi Solferino

Inevitably, there had to be within the scenario of Expo Milan the proposal of a fascinating journey aimed at discovering new tastes, places and objects. “Mediterraneo” – the theme of the event that took place on 11th June with “Dichepastasiamo” at Boffi Solferino.
“Mediterraneo” – food as a bridge between cultures and food for thought – this is the theme of the event that took place in the Boffi Solferino show-room in Milan on 11th June. During the course of the evening, the gourmet guests tasted first-class Mediterranean raw materials, interpreted and re-proposed in an innovative fashion by Fabio Pisani, chef together with Alessandro Negrini from the restaurant “Il Luogo” of Aimo and Nadia, revealing their innermost spirit and arousing emotions.
Through the partners of “Dichepastasiamo”and their most representative products, “Mediterraneo” narrated the story of a lifestyle, the expression of a territory, while representing a convivial evening in which guests were initiated into the mysteries of the excellence of Italian produce, culture, design and artisan expertise. The story of “Dichepastasiamo” at Boffi Solferino  will continue on Thursday 1st October with the event “Mountains – stories of cooking and passions”.
