Mise en place Zafferano for the event on Radicchio di Treviso
From January 19 to 25 at Ristorante San Martino, for the next stage of the event “From November to February at the table with the Consortium Restaurants Radicchio”, the mise en place will be signed Zafferano.
At Ristorante San Martino in Scorzè (Venice), that in 2014 was awarded one Michelin Star, for a whole week, guests can savor the precious vegetable symbol of the brand, in the two types of Tardivo Treviso IGP and Castelfranco IGP, prepared with the refinement and the fantasy of the cuisine of Raffaele Ros and Michela Berto and with a mise en place studied by Zafferano especially for this occasion. The tables will indeed be decorated with new dishes painted by Giuseppe Saretta of San Donà di Piave for Zafferano, where Radicchio IGP, protagonist of the event, will be represented in a colorful and playful manner.
The event is organized by the Consortium of the Radicchio restaurants that are part of the Group of the Treviso Restaurateurs (Unascom-Confcommercio).
